Flat bar, generally we produce it basis on hot rolled, and the corner with "R" angle, we indicate the size in width and thickness and length. Width range from 10mm to 650mm, thickness range from 2mm to 50mm, length in standard 6m. We also could offer flat bar basis on cutting from steel plate, the size is customized with MOQ 25Tons.
Flat bar is widely use for hoop iron, mechanical spare parts, tools and fabricated for structural component such as stairs and escalators etc.
Compare to steel plate, flat bar has below advantages:
1. The specific size makes flat bar can be welded directly, instead of steel sheet, it doesn't need cut, polish to save time and cost.
2. After water phosphorus removal by high pressure, flat bar surface is very smooth and bright.
3. Flat bar has parallel two sides, vertical and clear side way to ensure the good quality while using.
