    I beam also be named Universal beam. Compare to H beam, since the higher web height and narrower flange width, the strength from outside only could be applied for its web plate.
    I Beam size always shows as Web hight*flange width*web thickness*flange thickness (100*68*4.5*7.6mm).
    I Beam normally be used together with base plate or angles for columns, not usually for support parts.
